Privacy Policy
Last updated October 15, 2026
Omega Games is a collection of free browser games run by Omega Coding Club ("we"). This policy explains what information is involved when you play, and what we do with it. The short version: we don't ask for your name or email, there are no accounts, and your game saves stay on your own device.
What we collect
- Nothing you type in. The games have no sign-up, chat, comments or forms, so we never ask for a name, email address, age, location or photo.
- Game saves and high scores. Progress and best scores are kept in your browser's local storage on your device. They are never sent to us, and we can't see them. See Cookies & ads for the full list and how to clear them.
- Basic server logs. Our website is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS Amplify). Like any website, the servers that deliver the pages automatically record technical details of each request, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. AWS processes these logs on our behalf to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix problems. We do not use them to identify or profile players.
Ads
Some games, starting with Fleeced!, offer optional rewarded ads: a player can choose to watch a short ad in return for an in-game bonus. Ads never play unless the player asks for one, and in-game rewards have no cash value.
Right now these are placeholder ads that are part of our own site and load nothing from any advertising company. When we connect a real ad service (we expect to use Google's AdSense and its H5 Games Ads program), that service may use cookies or similar technology to show and measure ads. Before that happens we will:
- update this policy and the Cookies & ads page to name the ad partner and what it collects;
- ask Google to treat the site as directed to children, which turns off personalized (interest-based) advertising;
- show a consent message to visitors in places where the law requires one, such as the EU, UK and Switzerland.
Children
Our games are made for a general audience that includes children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and the games are built so that there is nothing to collect: no accounts, no chat and no way to share information with other players. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it. Parents can read more in our Parents' guide.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The only outside company involved today is our hosting provider, AWS, which processes server logs on our behalf. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example in California, other US states, the EU or the UK) you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to how it is used and to complain to your local data protection authority. Because we don't keep accounts or player data, there is usually nothing for us to look up, but we will answer any request. You can delete your own game saves at any time by starting a new game or clearing this site's data in your browser.
Security and retention
The site is served over HTTPS. Server logs are kept only as long as our hosting provider needs them to run and secure the site. Game saves stay on your device until you clear them.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, for example when real ads are connected, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.
